Hi, I’m Victor, a Treatment Coordinator and part of the Front Office team at San Diego Smile Center. I’ve been in this role for about two years, and I really enjoy helping patients feel confident and cared for from the moment they walk in. I love building strong relationships and being that bridge between the doctor and our patients to make sure everything feels smooth and comfortable. I’m originally from Tijuana, Mexico, and one of my favorite parts about working here is being part of a supportive team while making a positive impact by helping patients reach their smile goals. Outside of work, you’ll usually find me at Dog Beach, watching baseball, attending charity events for Shriners Hospitals, or spending time with my three English bulldogs- Pepe, Canela, and Tyson.

Hi, I’m Kimberly, a Dental Assistant at San Diego Smile Center with six years of experience. I love helping patients feel comfortable - especially those who come in nervous or have had bad past experiences - by making sure they feel safe and not scared during their visit. I also really enjoy working with Dr. Cortes, who is not only a great boss but an amazing educator that uses the latest technology to provide the best care. I was born and raised in San Diego, and outside of work I love spending time with my daughter and my mom, trying new foods (hot pot is our favorite right now!), and reading scary books or watching horror movies. I have three pets I adore! Maya, my 16-year-old Doberman, Sally, my poodle mix I adopted from a shelter, and Salem, my black kitten. The best part of my job is seeing patients leave happy and confident, especially when they tell me “I can smile again” it’s the best feeling ever! A fun fact about me is that I love tattoos and piercings.
